Responsibilities:
• Provide support and assistance to customers in areas of disease diagnosis, health management and production related issues.
• Provide internal training and technical support in areas of disease diagnosis and health management.
• Coordinate activities to collect, analyze and track performance data against performance expectations.
• Carry out farm audit to identify problems and provide solutions to maintain optimum animal health and production
• Support and educate sales force and customers on animal health issues and husbandry.
• Assist in preparation and deliver technical presentations to internal and external customers.
• Establish and enhance working relationships with selected key industrial personnel, associations and universities to add value to services for customers.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Doctorate Degree in Medical Science/ Veterinary/ Animal Science, Animal Husbandry or equivalent
• At least 4 years of relevant working experience
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
• Willing to be based in Hai Duong (Hanoi), Vietnam
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Must be willing to travel when required

Full time and Part time Receptionists Needed
Veterinary medical experience required
Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center is a regional 24-hour, 7 days a week specialty/emergency veterinary hospital located in Langhorne, Bucks County 30 minutes from downtown Philadelphia, 10 minutes from Trenton. We offer specialty services in surgery, emergency/critical care, internal medicine, cardiology, diagnostic imaging, ophthalmology, and acupuncture.
VSEC is currently seeking a full time receptionist in the Langhorne, PA location. Duties will include but are not limited to: using several computer programs, answering multiple telephone lines, scheduling appointments, faxing, filing and scanning as well as processing patient paperwork (check-in, admissions and discharges). The receptionist position is also responsible for handling financial transactions while providing exemplary customer service. VSEC is an extremely busy emergency and specialty practice providing 24 hour emergency services. Holiday rotation is required.
